كنيسة مار يوحنّا المعمدان - بيت شبابهي وقف خاص لعائلة يمّين. بُنيت في مطلع القرن التاسع عشر، إذ يذكر المطران عبدالله بليبل أنّه رسم يوسف يمّين كاهنًا عليها سنة ١٨١١، الكنيسة عبارة عن عقد واحد ينتهي بحنية. جُدّدت حوالي سنة ١٨٦٣. سنة ١٩٤٢ بني الباب. رمّمت أخيرًا في مطلع الثمانينات.The church of St John the Baptist - Beit ShababThe church is a private chapel to the Yammine family. The church was built in the early XIXth century, the oldest trace of it dates to1811 when Bishop Abdallah Bleibel ordained Youssef Yammine as a pastor for the church. The church is a single crossed vault ending with a semi circular apse. The church was restored in 1863, the door was built in 1942. The church was completely restored in the eighties of the XXth century.

كنيسة السيّدة - داريّا

بُنيت الكنيسة سنة ١٨٦٠ على أنقاض كنيسة أخرى أقدم عهدًا، بسعي الخوري مارون العلم، وكرّسها المطران بولس موسى رئيس أساقفة طرابلس. رُمّمت سنة ١٩٨٤. تحوي الكنيسة على ثلاث مذابح: السيّدة وفوقه لوحة لداوود القرم تعود لسنة ١٨٨٤، قلب مريم الطاهر، ومار يوسف.

The church of Our Lady - Daraya

The church was built in 1860 over an older church, with the overseeing of Fr Maroun Al Alam. It was consecrated by Boulos Moussa Archbishop of Tripoli. The structure was restored in 1884. The church holds three altars: the main one is dedicated to the Virgin Mary with a painting drawn by Dawoud el Qorm dating back to 1884, The Immaculate Heart of Mary, and St Joseph.

كنيسة السيّدة الكبرى - بيت شباب

الكنيسة الحاليّة مبنيّة على أنقاض كنيستين: الأولى مجهولة تاريخ البناء وكانت صغيرة واطئة بنيت قرب مصب الينبوع وكانت قائمة في القرن السادس عشر، الثانية وكانت تُعرف بسيّدة الجوزة، بدأ بناؤها سنة ١٧٠٣ في مكانها الحاليّ. كرّسها في ١٠ أيّار سنة ١٧١٦ البطريرك يعقوب عوّاد، جلب لوحاتها من روما الخورأسقف يوسف السمعاني. سنة ١٩٠٣ بوشر بناء الكنيسة الحاليّة، وهي بازيليكيّة الطراز بثلاث أسواق وعقدٍ بغداديّ، تحوي خمس مذابح رخاميّة. كرّسها سنة ١٩٤٠ الخورأسقف يوسف الحايك. رمّمت الكنيسة عدّة مرّات. وهي أكبر كنيسة في بيت شباب تشتهر بأبراج أجراسها.

The church of our Lady the Major - Beit Shabab

The current church was built over two older churches. The first one was built near the village’s water fountain, its history is unknown, yet it was in use during the XVIth century. The second one was in the current place, it was known as our Lady of the Walnut tree. Construction began in 1703 and it was consecrated by Patriarch Yaaqoub Awad on the 10th of May 1716. The paintings of the church were brought from Rome by Mgr Youssef el Semaani. The current church was built in 1903, it is a basilical structure with three naves and five marble altars. It was consecrated in 1940 by Mgr Youssef el Hayek. The church underwent many restorations, it is famous for the three bell towers on its facade

كنيسة مار جرجس - بسكنتا

بنيت الكنيسة الحاليّة سنة ١٧٦٣ على أنقاض برجٍ صليبيّ. تتألف الكنيسة من صحنٍ كبير ينتهي بالحنية والمذبح، وعلى جهة الجنوب صحن آخر أعلى من مستوى الكنيسة ينتهي بمذبح مكرّس للقدّيسة تقلا. تحوي الكنيسة أيقونة مارونيّة للسيّدة تعود للقرن السابع عشر، أمّا لوحة مار جرجس فهي غربيّة الصنع.

The church of St George - Baskinta

The current church was built in 1763, over an old crusader’s tower. The church consists of a great nave ending with the apse and the altar. A smaller nave on the southern side is higher than the church ending with a small altar dedicated to St Thecla. The church holds a XVIIth century Maronite icon of the Madona, and a European painting of St George.
